Everyone,
As I am assembling my short list of fantasy prospects for the Week Two games, I have two significant weather notes regarding Arrowhead Stadium and MetLife Stadium. While most of the NFL stadiums that are outdoors have nice weather with gentle winds forecast for Week Two, Arrowhead and MetLife are exceptions.
Arrowhead expects winds in excess of 20 MPH on Thursday, though they may drop to ~13 MPH in the evening. MetLife is expecting winds ~12 MPH on Sunday. In both of these venues, swirling winds can play havoc with the kicking game - I am avoiding Cairo Santos and Brandon McManus for certain on all my Thursday lineups due to the winds and will recheck the wind forecast for MetLife before considering Josh Brown or Matt Bryant for Sunday lineups.
